can any woman handle 4 slices of papa john’s pizza?

SO today i ate this..
breakfast: brown rice like a cup. and japanese fishcake like 4 pieces.
lunch: my mom and i ate a chinese restaurant and ate little bit of noodes like half a cup worth and a seafood and chinese wonbok.
dinner: i ate 4 slices of Papa John’s Vegetarian (Garden pizza) and i feel like i just ate 2000 calories in dinner alone!!

im 5′8 and 117 pounds.. I lost weight without intention because I was stressing during my finals and everyone’s been telling me i look really good. SO i kind of like the way my weight is but I just ate a whole lot and am worried that tonite i just ate 3000 calories or something. ha!

Women: do you have any suggestions for intensive workout? I’m very athletic but I havent done sports since high school and this is my 2nd year of college.

    I can! I could probably do 5 pieces!
    I suggest running, and yoga. Both worked the best for me.

    I’m 5′8” and 113, + very skinny. One time I packed away 7 slices of Hawaiian/meat lovers pizza @ papa murphies in 1/2 an hour, I’m under 16, so you’re fine, just don’t undereat and over exercice. : )

    i wouldnt worry about it or maybe you should because worry leads to stress and thats how you lost all the weight,right?

    You sound like you might have an eating disorder. You shouldn’t stress about this, and just start fresh tomorrow. Meanwhile, looking at the other stuff you eat, where are your fruits and veggies? And you’re eating too much sodium. I think you need to take a good nutrition class or talk with someone. And just do regular exercise every day.

    I saw on opra how this ***** lost weight by having a bunch of hard core ***. she said she did all the work and her husband just laid there and enjoyed the ride. so you might try that.

    i can totally eat a whole pizza!! even if i’m having soda!
    except if its stuffed crust…thats too much!
    newaiiz that doesn’t even sound like a lot BUT pizza slices are so fattening…even if they don’t fill you up theres still too much calories..i had 4 slices for dinner and that works out to like 250 calories each so 1000 cals at dinner time!! luckily i didn’t eat much throughout the day coz i was sooooooo busy but geez!!
    totally worth it though :) hahaha
