This year has been the worst for my left knee. I tore my ACL in Jan. had reconstructive surgery in March. Tore the cartilage in my knee in June had surgery on October 22nd. Should I wear a brace when I go back to sports to prevent any more trauma to my knee? I play golf and basketball.

I broke my 5th metatarsal about 3 months ago, and am starting to wear a shoe again. As i return to sports, i want to make sure that i don’t break it again. is there a special brace to wear for support?
