Sports Finals

Why is it that when a sports team you like wins everone else calls you a bandwagoner? Like the Celtics had no fans until they got to the finals?? Boston is known far and wide for having some of the best fans ever and they should be able to celebrate. Yes I def know there are plenty of bandwagoners out there for sure. I also know all my friends who are Celtics fans and were proudly wearing their Celtics hats and jerseys and what not even last year just like they have for as long as they have been watching basketball and people **** on them all the time for being bandwagoners. Just an observation, not really whining here

So where does EACH position stand on offense, and defense. And explain what every little term means when you explain. Also why is that you cant stand in the paint for more than 3 seconds? What is the reason behind that?

Also explain a foul a little bit. A foul is excessive unessarcy contact right? My main thing is, why is reaching in a foul? and what exactly is the blocking foul for a defensive player? And….When do you send a player to the line for a foul shot? I notice on certain fouls they dont shoot. And. Could you guys list all of the divisons please. Is it like the EAST VS WEST in the NBA FINALS? Is toronto east or west? Also how is Chris Bosh doing this season?

If you can, can you compare Basketball positions and rules, to the ones in Baseball or Football, so I can grasp it better.

I dont mean to be so stupid, but I really liked basketball and always wanted to know.

ok to start out i am 16 and he is 17 almost 18!
ok so he has never had a girl friend before and he knows that i like him,so my Guy friend who is his best friend talked to him and was saying that the guy i like said he is shy and doesn’t know what to do in a relationship ect,but he wants a girlfriend he told my friend and we don’t really talk. i need some confidence cause i need to say something to him in school, i see him everyday we walk by each other at least 4 times during the day! i am kinda shy at first.I don’t know how to approach him without feeling awkward and i blush really easy, and one time i was walking to class with my friend and he was walking towards us staring at me.. and she started laughing soo loud and he was still looking at me and my friend was like he was staring at you! haha ! i was like yeah he always does!! He is always looking at me and i am looking at him, we allways make eye contact!but i seem to look away after a while cause i feel awkward starring at each other for so long while just walking by each other..we have a lot of eye contact though! Like at our high schools volleyball finals i was sitting in the bleachers with all my friends and all of a sudden everyone starts elbowing me and saying hey look! and i looked and he was looking right at me we had eye contact there then i looked away and i was blushing and was like oh my gosh!
ok so on wednesday it was sports awards night and he had been called down for awards ith 3 other seniors from the team… and all my friends were like owowowowow..lol and elbowing me.. and my other 2 friends were yelling my name really loud when he got his award then when he came back i was turned the other way and my friends were watching him and he was looking straight then turned and looked at me then looked back to were he was going to sit wich was diagnal from me.. so he could like see me and i could see him….
what should i do?
what should i do when this happens again?
do you think he has interests in me?

i drive alot and plan on getting a car/s later this year. i am trying to decide between getting a brand new acura tl (around 35 grand) or 2 cars; one new corolla type s and a newer civic with low miles (both together will cost slightly less than the acura). i like the idea of having 2 cars because i drive alot out of town, and if one breaks down or has a problem, i know there is a safe backup. plus both are known for dependability and fuel economy. however i really like the acura tl too. i can’t decide. any opinions will help some with my final decision =D
yea that’s another consideration i thought of if i get 2 cars; it will keep milage off each other. the miles pile up fast if driving out of town, but not long enough to fly. but keeping milage off each other for 2 cars is a big point. by breakdown, i don’t mean the immediate future. i have the same opinion of american cars for the first answerer
