Does anyone know who invented the Flare done commonly on the pommel horse used in Olympics?

    yes it is thomas flares

    Named after Kurt Thomas.

    named after thomas flare, it was later incorporated into women’s artsistic by leah homma, thus recieveing the name the homma flare
