Can somebody tell me if this is a case of harrasement? My ex wife has dragged me into court over twenty times in two years.The reasons have been three false protection orders, 21 charges of contempt,grand theft auto,burglary,harrassment,breaking and entering,she tried to sue me,and just yesterday more contempt charges( the charges have ALL been made up) .We were married over 24 years , my divorce has been final almost two years and all this has happened since my divorce.I have moved on and found a very good and understanding gal.Our three kids we had together want nothing to do with their mom anymore.I can’t afford anymore attorney fees and am trying to figure out what other avenues I have, if any.Everytime I have been in court the charges have either been dropped or dismissed.I am very tired of defending myself in court, any suggestions?? My place of employment has been great about giving me time off but they to are getting tired. Thank you

See a civil attorney and present them with all of the evidence - my husband went through the same thing with his ex and she made false allegations - and he was arrested a handful of times. She accused him of stalking when we were up at my lake house for the weekend 100 miles north of where she was! She just couldn’t let go. We got her for malicious prosecution and perjury and we won the civil suit and got money damages and her life was pretty much ruined because of her lies and self-satisfying ways.
It does sound like harassment, stalking, defamation of character, malicious prosecution and a whole other sleuth of civil torts here…I would bring your case to a civil attorney in your area and see if you can sue her. After first minute she’s served the papers she will probably never talk to you again because she will realize you will hold her LEGALLY liable for every word that comes out her mouth.
Personally I believe women like that should be shot.
I’m joking here but they live for anger and revenge and that’s just a wasted life in my opinion.
My husband’s ex finds out what we do and where we go and brings it up in Court — she even announced to the marital master when my husband and I got married 2 years ago. She neglects her own life and lives for ours and our happiness…it’s jealousy. Plain and simple.
But the best revenge would be to be happy in your new life with your new gal - that’s the best ending of all!
