good idea! it is more cheap and convenient in homestay! but as you know the chinese living custom is much different from USA and other Europe county and also nealy no ways to rent homestay for foreigner temporary reside. so I suggest that you should get some help from your chinese friends, finding your satisfied homestay easily!
