These are two different questions. If you just want to sell Real merchandise, check with the club they can probably put you in contact with producers licensed to use their name and logo. To obtain a license to use the Name and Logo you probably need to work with the Club and possibly the Player’s agents if you wish to use names and numbers on merchandise you will be producing yourself.
