Phoenix Coyotes make 20% improvement last season, still believe the Coyotes will move?

The Coyotes lost $30 million 2 seasons ago and have improved by 20%.
Factors include:
Rise in corporate sales, advertising
Cutting expenses
Not operating the Arizona Sting Lacross team.
Coyotes have a 30 year lease with the City of Glendale Arizona and if they move (which they won’t in my opinion) the Coyotes would have to pay a penalty of over $750 million dollars to the city.
I am mentioning this since after game 6 of the cup finals KPHX 12 News said the Coyotes lost well over 50 million dollars this past season and the owners were considering moving the team.
This article says differently!!
1. What are your thoughts?
2. What are the penalty’s any of the other teams must pay to a city if they relocate?
Mr. O Winnipeg was avg. under 14,000 a few seasons before they moved and the Coyotes have avg over 14,000 most seasons since the move.

NIPS; Indeed the Yotes will be better and will be a battle to just get into the playoffs, unless if the Coyotes can improve of the great season they had last year against the Pacific Division teams. They they would have a great shot at the division.
Note: I hope Blake Wheeler not signing with the Yotes doesn’t have any kind of negative impact for this team.
But yes, the Yotes have so much to look foward too and we could also pick up a star or 2 either in the offseason of during the season. Season tickets sales should go up( I’ll be one of them soon).
Note: With the Suns falling apart the bandwagon I think Will jump on this year!! More so if the D-backs continue to choke!!
