Footballers Use Swimming To Stay Fit
Even after they retire, many sportsmen still stay fit and healthy and we all wonder how they do that. We are always questioning what do they eat? Do they even drink beer? They definitely do workout quite often. Recently similar questions were asked to football player to what the answer was swimming from most of them. I recently purchased swimming pools with some automatic pool cleaners because I seriously can’t be asked to clean it manually every month.
Few friends of mine are in the journalism business and when there is a big football or tennis tournament they go around and write stuff about the tournament. They asked few questions to tennis players in Wimbledon on their diet and how they keep fit. Almost all of them recommended to go swimming few times a week. They did include gym as well but that is normally to increase their strength but swimming to relax their body and full body workout.
My other friend was lucky enough to goto South Africa for the World cup and interviewed some footballers. I know lucky git isn’t he. The football players gave the answer as the tennis players regarding their fitness. Most of them have swimming pool installed in their property, so they can just enjoy swimming whenever they want. They also said that say pool cleaning is one of the hardest thing ever. And on top of that they don’t know anything about swimming pool filters and swimming pool chemicals, that is why they have someone cleaning their pool every month. If I had that kind of money I will also have a indoor pool and hire a cleaner.
Now you know that sportsmen do not have any special technique to stay fit and health, they do the same thing as we do but do it constantly.
