When you get the gold medals, you get gold medals! It makes you feel incredible about yourself. I have 2 gold medals, and they are really hard to get! If you got more than that then you are a Wii Master!

Nothing. And in fact, there are Platinum medals that require basically perfection, but you get nothing special for those either.
