What sports will make the thighs tighter?
bebeeangeldust asked:
I’d like to make my thighs less jiggly, but I absolutely love my calves ( I don’t want the calves to be muscular). Are there any sports that work out the thighs more than the calves? Btw, I’m thin all over, if that matters.

i think cycling, follow it up with some strength-training moves that will help build muscles in your thighs. (like leg lifts)
running probalby best bet.
it sounds weird but ULTIMATE. it is a frisbee football game. anyone of any skill level can learn. enjoy the spirit of the game
Bicycling.
Walking/Jogging
Riding a bike
Swimming
try dancing… belly dancing especially… they use their thighs, buns and lower abs like crazy!
I’d walk and/or run.
Check out the legs of female distance runners. Yes, they’ll look muscular while on a long run or working out, but once they relax, the muscles won’t be swollen and you’ll see tight petite legs holding up a lean, healthy body.
I’d stay away from short distance running, cycling, roller blading, skating, and those stair masters. Your body fat will be reduced but the muscles in your thighs will also become larger which might not give you the upper legs you’re looking for. Check out the legs on sprinters, cyclists, and skaters and see if you like what you’ll get.
I’d buy some mags with coverage on athletes. The pics of them just hanging around their house will often show them in shorts. See what kind of muscles developed for them while participating in their sport. When you see a couple with the legs you want, do what they do.
