When is the Closing Ceremony presented in the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics?

I missed the awesome parts in the opening ceremony and only got to see the countries passing by. I don’t want to miss the closing one. Please tell me the date of the closing ceremony.

    Beijing Closing Ceremony will be on August 24, 2008 (Sunday), NBC Olympic coverage starts at 10pm Eastern but they are showing volleyball first so the actual Closing ceremony will not start until 45 minutes to hour later.

    Eastern time Sunday Aug. 24 at - 11:30pm - 3am

    It’s held on 8pm Beijing time, means 8am Eastern time. However, NBC is not showing it until the night (prime time) of August 24th.
