Why are the cavs so underratted?
I think the cavs is the most underratted team in the nba.Espn,Tnt and other sports critics in general give them no respect.Before this season was over,they kept saying it was between Boston and detroit to win the East.The Cavs is better than detroit,especially when it comes to the playoffs.For some reason when the cavs beat detroit in the east finals,some people considered it a fluke.Lebron james single-handlely beat that team Game 5 by his self.
This year they gave Boston a much better challenge than detroit.They took Boston to seven seconds and the celtics barely won,along with the Lebron-Pierce duel.The pistons hardly gave the celtics a challenge.They got blown out 2 games in the series.
Why are the cavs so underratted?Will they get the respect they deserve this year or will people still be talkin bout Boston and detroit
If they talk bout boston this upcoming year,its understandable cuz they won the championship.I dont wanna hear anything bout detroit,they lost 3 straight eastern finals.
I also think Lebron and them will beat boston if they play them in the playoffs again

I have to AGREE with you! People never want to give Cavs any credit, because alot of people **** Lebron James and dont respect him. The Cavs certainly gave the Celtics a run for their money, and I Love hOw lebron went down with dignity. He tried so hard. The problem is, The Cavs need one More all star, Just one more, and the NBA is in trouble
They are overrated.
The Magic had a better record and when they talked about the elite teams in the east,
people would always say Celtics, Pistons, and CAVS…

Because if they add one true second option for LJ they would have beat the Celtics. They are underrated because they fail to get him HELP. I mean damn they needed to get Brand, Camby,Even Posey someone anyone to help LJ

Because the Cavs aren’t a team. It’s lebron and 4 other guys that ****. The only reason they’re in the playoffs is Lebron single-handedly carrying the team. Until the Cavs get some help for Lebron, they will never win a championship.

Boston is a lot better than the cavs though so i think they deserve more attention.
I agree with Lakers the Cavs are overrated all the analysts if you were to ask them would say the Cavs are the # 3 team in the East which is not true as the Magic are the better team and if the Magic faced the Cavs in the playoffs the Magic would win as Howard would have his way with Wallace. That Cavs win over the Pistons was a fluke cause they couldn’t win a game against the Spurs yet the Pistons managed 3 wins hmm ponder that. You don’t have to worry though cause in 2010 Lebron will be in Brooklyn or New York so don’t worry yourself too much. Also when the analyst said Pistons or Celtics well who was playing in the East finals those two teams so I guess they were right on.
The problem with the Cavaliers is that they ****… they seriously do. They only made up for it by having the best player in the league.
One man can’t do it by himself. Lebron ain’t no Batman… lol.
With the NBA at its weakest since the ABA merger, Michael Jordan in his prime would be able to lead that kind of scrubs to a ring if not a couple of rings. But Lebron ain’t no Jordan… Heck, if the current Lebron played in the 90’s in place of Jordan in the Bulls, the Bulls would not have won until they get Dennis Rodman. But then Kobe won’t win in 90’s at all!
They need to give Lebron some real help. Ben Wallace is not the same like in 2004-2005. Big Z isn’t even good, it’s just that Lebron made him look good. Give Lebron a younger Peja Stojakovic level player and watch him win a championship.
To answer your question, The reason why they are never the favorites, is because other teams are deeper and have overall better talent…If LeBron gets another All-Star calliber player added to the roster, then the media would give them alot more respect……..
i agree with you, im a cleveland native die hard…BUT, im objective, if i thought they ****** i would honestly say they do…i have a theory on why you hear so much things like its lebron everyone else on the team *****…its cause people dont see or dont appreciate very good fundamental basketball that the cavs play. here are 3 strengths that make them a very good team even though they dont have any star players other than lebron…they rebound, play great D pass the ball unselfishly. they do have theyre weaknesses but they play as a team i think big Z is badly underrated, wally gibson are 2 of the best 3 point shooters in the league.
i totally agree they should be 2nd best in the east and lebron wins games buy himeself he is the best player in the nba he was seconds away of being in a 2nd straight nba finals we know they would of beat detriot and i think lebron is better than kobie and could of beat him they were this close

who they really need is a guy like michael redd i know that we got a couple good shooters in the trade last season but there not scorers they can just shoot. and wally ***** on D. we need redd because wally CAN NOT be a starter is a good role player or 6th man. redd will not only spread the floor but he would play good defense. i dont think down low is a problem we have Z, big ben, and joe smith. all provide defense and offense (except ben) and varejoe is good a rebounding. all we need is just one more person who can score! and then we will BEAT BOSTON!!!

all the networks have said it will be between boston and detriot BUT theres always the Lebron James Factor.
therefore they have never looked past the cavs. They talk about Lebron but everyone knows Lebron is the Cavs.
